The journey begins at Sankri and takes in Taluka, Osla, Har Ki Doon, and the Jaundhar Glacier. As you walk through the valley, you will see green meadows, snowcapped peaks, thick green trees, and glaciers. The Garhwal Himalayas are also recognised for their diverse flora and wildlife. This makes the walk more exciting and a wildlife enthusiast’s paradise. This walk allows you to explore hitherto undiscovered areas of the Garhwal Himalayas.

Early in the morning, start your car and go to Sankri after arriving at Dehradun Railway Station. Around 220 km from Dehradun, Sankri is a small, picturesque village that serves as the starting point of the well-known Har Ki Doon Trek. The area is renowned for providing breathtaking mountain vistas.
After eating breakfast, depart for Taluka. Take in the stunning scenery as you hike the Har Ki Doon trail. The starting point for your journey is Taluka, which is situated at an altitude of roughly 1950 metres above sea level. The area is well-known for its vibrant blooms, which draw visitors who enjoy flowers from all over.
After eating breakfast this morning, set out on foot for Osla, your next stop. In the picturesque valleys of Uttarakhand, there is a little piece of paradise called Osla. Osla is 2560 km above sea level and is covered in both snow and flora. At this breathtaking location, hikers can explore a lot.
You go today towards the Har Ki Doon Valley, the hike's most picturesque section. Har Ki Doon is situated at the base of Fateh Parvat at a height of 3558 metres, 14 kilometres from Osla. The entire area surrounding Har Ki Valley is covered in snow, tall mountain peaks, and vegetation. You will treasure the picturesque vista of the valley for the rest of your life.
The journey to the Jaundhar Glaciers must now begin. These glaciers are separated into north and south Glaciers along a 55 kilometre stretch. Enjoy the breathtaking vistas of the valleys covered in snow and greenery with glaciers as the backdrop. Return to the Swargarohini peak's base, which is close to the Jaundhar glacier, after your hike.
Set out on your return walk to Osla, which is around 11 miles away. Enjoy the stunning views of the valleys as you travel. Allow the clean air to revitalise you. Once you arrive in Osla, rest in your tents.
This morning, set off on foot from Osla for Sankri. Enjoy a sunset unlike any other, then start the journey back with enthusiasm. Enjoy the sound of birds chirping and the stunning vista of the snow-covered mountains as you go. You get to view parks and sanctuaries along the way. Take in the serene atmosphere as you continue your hike from Osla to Taluka. Get in your car and travel the 13 kilometres back to Sankri from Taluka. Have dinner and remain Stay the night in Sankri.
Leave Dehradun Station in the afternoon to return to Sankri. Continue on your forward trek. Bring back the wonderful memories of the adventurous adventure.
