Day 1 - Haridwar: The Holy Tour Begins

You start your pilgrimage in Delhi. After arriving in Delhi, meet our representative and take a guided transfer to Haridwar. Once there, check in at the hotel and unwind. Sleep well to recover from the fatigue of the journey.

Travel time: roughly six hours.

Day 2 - Barkot: Drive from Haridwar

You will be taken to Barkot, a picturesque hill town at the base of Yamunotri, early on the second day. You can stop at the well-known Kempty Falls en route. Once you get at Barkot, check into your hotel, take pleasure in meals, and unwind. Have your ceremonial supper in the late afternoon to relieve your travel tiredness. Take advantage of a hotel stay the night.

Haridwar and Barkot are separated by around 222 kilometres.

Travel time: roughly six hours.

Day 3 - Barkot: Trek to Yamunotri

After a filling breakfast, start your day off right by travelling to Yamunotri Dham. You will start the first Pahad Char Dham Yatra of Yamunotri from Janki Chatti, which is an almost 6-kilometer hike. There is a Hot Water Kund in Yamunotri where people can cook their rice. The cooked rice is regarded as the pious food or prasad. You can later perform puja at the Divya Shilla. Take a holy bath at the Jamuna Bhai kund before visiting the temple and take in Yamunaji's darshan. After the darshan, return to the hotel and unwind.

The approximate distance between Barkot and Janki Chatti is 45 kilometres.

Travel time: two hours, roughly.

Optional: You can pay extra to hire a horse, a palki, or both to journey to the temple.

Day 4 - Uttarkashi: A Day at Leisure

After a delicious breakfast the following morning, check out of the hotel. You will be moved to Uttarkashi today. The town, which is known for its temples, ashrams, and picturesque scenery, is situated on the banks of the river Bhagirathi. Once there, check in to the hotel and relax. Visit the well-known Vishwanath Temple later in the evening. Later, climb into your comfortable bed for a sound slumber.

Between Barkot to Uttarkashi, there are around 82 kilometres.

Travel time: three hours, roughly.

Day 5 - Uttarkashi: Seek Blessing at Gangotri Dham

Salute the rising sun and get ready to travel to Gangotri Dham, your next stop. It is a significant Hindu pilgrimage centre that is situated along the Bhagirathi River. Take a holy bath in the Ganges after arriving in Gangotri, and then go to the Gangotri Temple. The 18th-century temple is devoted to Goddess Ganga. Drive back to Uttarkashi after the puja and holy darshan. Enjoy a delectable meal and a sound sleep.

Gangotri and Uttarkashi are separated by around 100 kilometres.


Travel time: 3 hours, roughly.

Day 6 - Sitapur: A Drive from Uttarkashi

checkout from the motel the following morning. You will be moved to Sitapur today. You will be transported to the appropriate hotel after arriving. Take a rejuvenating nap in the hotel to recover from the exhausting trip.

Sitapur is around 218 kilometres away from Uttarkashi.

Day 7 - Sitapur: Trek to Kedarnath via Gaurikund

At the hotel, break your overnight fast before travelling to Gaurikund, the starting point for the climb to the Kedarnath shrine. Enjoy the stunning scenery while you walk to treat your eyes. After arriving, take in the heavenly sight before returning to the hotel for the night.

6 kilometres (about) separates Sitapur and Gaurikund in the trek.

Trekking distance from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is around 16 kilometres.

Day 8 - Sitapur: A Day at Leisure

Enjoy your delectable breakfast as you welcome the dawn. You have the entire day today free to do as you like in Sitapur. Simply unwind at the hotel or explore the neighbourhood. You are welcome to visit the Trijugi Narayan Temple, an old Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu that is situated in the Triyuginarayan village in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. Take advantage of a hotel stay the night.

Sightseeing is optional and is extra.

Travel time: About 30 minutes.

Day 9 - Badrinath: Seek Blessings at the Shrine

Enjoy a delicious breakfast the following morning before checking out of the hotel. You will go from Joshimath to Badrinath today. You can stop by Joshimath, Narasimha Temple, and Shankaracharya Math along the way. Once you've arrived at Badrinath, finish the check-in procedures and unwind. Visit the Badrinath shrine later in the evening and take in the divine darshan. Hindus consider Badrinath to be one of the most important pilgrimage sites, and the temple there is devoted to Lord Vishnu. With a height of about 15 metres and Lord Vishnu as its primary deity, the Badrinath Temple is a sight to behold. After the darshan, return to the hotel and unwind.

Sitapur and Badrinath are separated by about 209 km.

Travel time: Approximately 8 hours.

Day 10 - Srinagar: Return with Blessings

Enjoy your delectable breakfast as you welcome the dawn. You'll receive assistance with your transfer to Srinagar today. Visit Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, Nandprayag, Rudraprayag, and Devprayag along the way. Once you've arrived in Srinagar, check into your accommodation and unwind. With some refuelling and quality rest, you can overcome the fatigue of the voyage.

Day 11 - Haridwar: Welcome to the Gateway to Gods

Welcome the dawn, savour your excellent breakfast, check out of the hotel and travel to Haridwar. Hindus revere the town as a sacred location since it is the site of a significant religious celebration and serves as a gateway to other major places of worship. The Kumbh Mela is the most significant occasion and is held in Haridwar every twelve years. You can stop off at Devprayag, another sacred village situated in the Himalayan foothills, and Rishikesh along the way. When you arrive in Haridwar, you will be driven to the appropriate hotel. Once there, check in as usual and unwind. Take advantage of a hotel stay the night.

Srinagar, Uttarakhand is 131 kilometres (about) from Haridwar.

Travel Time: Approximately 4 hours.

Day 12 - Haridwar: The Tour Concludes

After a delicious breakfast, finish the check-out procedures. You will be taken to Delhi as your Chardham Yatra from Ahmedabad comes to an end. You will receive assistance in getting from Delhi to the airport or train station for your return trip.
