Day 1 - Haridwar: Arrival from Delhi

Your journey to Kedarnath begins in the national capital. Enjoy the road drive from Delhi to Haridwar, the tour's first stop. When you arrive in Haridwar, you will be escorted to your accommodation. Finish the check-in process and relax. In the evening, go to Har ki Pauri for Ganga Aarti. Here, you can experience celestial happiness and delight in the spiritual aura.

Return to your accommodation later for a nice dinner and a peaceful night's sleep.

The distance between Delhi and Haridwar is 230 km.

Travel time: Approximately 6 hours.

Day 2 - Guptkashi: A road trip from Haridwar

Enjoy a delicious breakfast as you wake up to a lovely day. Finish the check-out process and begin driving to Guptkashi, which is known for its old Vishwanath Temple devoted to Lord Shiva. Guptkashi is a lovely town set in Kedar Khanda, in the Garhwal Himalayas, at an elevation of 1,319 metres above sea level.

When you arrive in Guptkashi, you will be taken to your accommodation. Finish the check-in process and unwind. The remainder of the day is yours to do as you like. You can visit the town's holy sites and temples. On your own, visit the Vishwanath and Ardhnarishwar Temples.

Enjoy a delicious dinner and get a good night's sleep.

The distance between Haridwar and Guptkashi is 205 km.

Travel time: Approximately 8 hours.

Day 3 - Kedarnath: Holy sojourn to Kedarnath Temple

Begin the day with a substantial breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Begin your travel early in the morning and head towards Sonprayag. It is the final point where a private vehicle can travel. You will begin your 20-kilometer hike to Kedarnath Temple from here. You can also rent a palki or pony at your own expense and convenience.

The Kedarnath Temple is located among the glittering peaks of the great Garhwal Himalayas, near the Mandakini River, one of the major tributaries of the Ganga. Enjoy the holiness and natural beauty of this location.

When you arrive in Kedarnath, check into your guesthouse and relax for a while. You may enjoy the sunset by taking a walk near the temple.

Enjoy a great dinner at the hotel before retiring to your comfortable bed.

Guptkashi to Sonprayag distance: 30 kilometres

Travel time: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes

Sonprayag to Kedarnath trekking distance: 18 kilometres

Travel time: Approximately 5 hours.

Day 4 - Rudraprayag: A road trip from Sonprayag

Early in the morning, get up to attend the 'Abhishek' Aarti at Kedarnath Temple. Get up early and take a bath. The ceremony begins at 4:45 a.m., so arrive early to participate in the morning rituals.

Seek Lord Shiva's blessings after the Puja. After breakfast, finish the check-out formalities and then head to Sonprayag on foot or by hiring a pony or palki.

When you get in Sonprayag, the vehicle will be waiting for you at Car parking. You will be assisted in your transfer to Rudraprayag. Enjoy the lovely vistas along the way. When you arrive at Rudraprayag, complete the check-in procedures at the hotel and relax.

After a long day, have a nice dinner before retiring to your warm bed.

Day 5 - Haridwar: Arrival in Pilgrimage Town via Rishikesh

After a substantial breakfast, check out of the hotel and head towards Haridwar. You will stop in Rishikesh, one of Uttarakhand's holiest cities, along the way. It is known as the 'Yoga Capital of the World' and is popular among adventure seekers. Pay a visit to Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula.

In the evening, go to Haridwar and complete the check-in requirements. The remainder of your time is free. You can go to Har ki Pauri and attend the Ganga Aarti on your own, or you can go shopping for mementos for your loved ones.

Enjoy a nice breakfast before retiring to your accommodation.

The distance between Rudraprayag and Haridwar is 161 km.

Travel time: approximately 5 hours.

Day 6 - Delhi: The Tour Culminates

This is the final day of the Kedarnath Yatra journey from Delhi. Enjoy a delicious breakfast before completing the check-out procedures. Later, travel to the national capital, where you will be met and transferred to the airport/railway station.

The Booking:

Your contract is with Today Hospitality India Private Limited. When we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits, we have formed a contract between us. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely completed. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.

Deposit:

Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.

Payments:

To hold the booking on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance payment should be made for the services contracted, and the balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to begin. Aside from the foregoing, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.

  • 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior
  • 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 20 days prior
  • 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
  • 75% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 10 days prior
  • 100% cancellation in case of no show
  • Token amount is non refundable in any cases.

    No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other TTT services.

    In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

    All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Today Hospitality India Private Limited do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable.

    If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to Today Hospitality India Private Limited while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi and Guwahati, India.

    Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.
