Lure of the Jungle, a 20-night, 21-day travel package, allows you to discover India’s diverse wildlife while also seeing its well-known attractions. You will visit wildlife reserves in Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore), Shivpuri, Bandhavgarh, and Kanha as part of the agenda. The schedule also includes visits to cities such as Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Gwalior, Orchha, and Khajuraho. The daily itinerary is provided below for your consideration.

Day 1 - Arrive in Delhi

Meet an IHPL representative when you arrive in Delhi so they can assist you with a transfer to your accommodation. Spend the night.

Day 2 - Delhi

The charm of Delhi, one of the most adored cities in India, is brought to the guests on this day. As soon as breakfast is finished, the sightseeing tour starts in Old Delhi. The Red Fort, also known as Lal Quila, which was constructed when the Mughal dynasty moved its capital from Agra to Delhi and served as their residence for more than 200 years, is the first destination for the day. It is closed on Mondays. Jama Masjid, a treasure of Old Delhi, is the third tourist attraction covered for the day. Shah Jahan constructed one of the biggest mosques in all of India. From here, the journey takes you to Raj Ghat, where you can pay your respects to Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. The cremation and memorial grounds for Mahatma Gandhi are located here. Later, drive through the President's House, commonly known as Rashtrapati Bhawan, and India Gate.

The main embodiments of Indian heritage, Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar, must be visited as part of this itinerary. While his first consort, Bega Begum, had Humayun's Tomb constructed after his passing. The Qutub complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the Qutub Minar, which stands as the tallest brick-built minaret in the world. The Bahá' House of Worship will be the final stop on Day 2.

Return to the motel to spend the night.

Day 3 - Delhi - Jaipur

start your journey to Jaipur. When you arrive, check into your hotel. The afternoon is free to take in the ambience of the city, meet the residents, indulge in delectable Rajasthani cuisine, explore the neighbourhood on foot, and visit well-known neighbourhood bazaars. Spend the night.

Day 4 - Jaipur

You'll be leaving today to explore Jaipur, the most adored city in Rajasthan. The magnificent tourist destination Amber Fort, which has a beautiful view of Maota Lake, will be the day's first visit. Stay over night.

Day 5 - Jaipur - Ranthambore National Park

Drive to Ranthmabore National Park today; it's one of India's biggest parks. Big cats can be found in good numbers throughout the park. Complete the check-in procedures at your lodge when you arrive. Afterwards, depart for a wildlife excursion after lunch. explore the jungle's rich fauna. After dinner, spend the night at the inn.

Day 6 - Ranthambore

On Day 6, there will be two safaris available to you: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You might see Hulman, Indian wild boar, spotted deer, tigers, Sambar deer, and approximately 270 different bird species while on the safari. A walk in nature is another option. Spend the night in the inn.

Day 7 - Ranthambhore - Agra

After eating breakfast, travel to Agra by vehicle. Visit the ancient, desolate Mughal capital of Fatehpur Sikri, built in 1569 by Emperor Akbar, as you travel. Several building components, including Diwan-i-Khas, Jodha Bai Palace, Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, and Panch Mahal, are included at this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Complete the check-in procedures at your hotel once you arrive in Agra. Take the day off and relax. Visit the market to sample the Dalmoth and Petha local specialties. Spend the night.

Day 8 - Agra - Gwalior

Start your city tour in the morning. Visit the Taj Mahal, which Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built as a tribute to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb are the other destinations. Go to Gwalior by car in the evening. Check into your hotel for the night as you arrive.

Day 9 - Gwalior

The ninth day of the journey is dedicated to exploring Gwalior's attractions. Visit the Sas Bahu Temple (Sahastrabahu Temple), an architectural wonder built in 1092 by King Mahipala of the Kachchhapaghata dynasty, the Teli Ka Mandir, the oldest temple of the Gwalior Fort, and the Mansingh Palace, a lovely palace built in the 15th century by Raja ManSingh. The final stop is the Jai Vilas Palace Museum, which was constructed in 1875 by H. H. Maharaja Jayaji Rao Scindia, the Maharaja of Gwalior, and is one of the most spectacular palaces in the nation. The previous royal Maratha family, the Scindias, still call it home today, though a portion of it has been transformed into a museum. Spend the night.

Day 10 - Gwalior - Shivpuri

Start your journey towards Shivpuri, the former summer residence of the Gwalior-based Scindia dynasty, after breakfast. Check into your hotel as soon as possible. The afternoon is free to unwind or partake in recreational pursuits like mingling with the locals, savouring local cuisine, and exploring the neighbourhood on foot. Spend the night.

Day 11 - Shivpuri

After breakfast on day 11, plan to visit the Madhav National Park, one of India's national parks that is open all year round. Numerous antelope species, including Chowsinga, Nilgai, and Chinkara, as well as deer species, including Barking Deer, Chital, and Sambar, may be found in the park. During the safari, you may also see the following animal species: leopard, porcupine, wolf, fox, wild dog, jackal, wild pig, python, and marsh crocodile. The Sakhya Sagar Lake offers boating as an additional amenity. Spend the night.

Day 12 - Shivpuri - Orchha

The morning of day 12 is reserved for seeing the Karera Bird Sanctuary, which is home to about 245 different bird species. The Great Indian Bustard, an avifauna species that is notoriously elusive, can be found in this sanctuary. Engage in bird watching to see species like spoonbills, egrets, and black-bellied river terns, among others. After lunch, start your journey to Orchha. When you arrive, check into your hotel. The day is free for recreational pursuits. Spend the night.

Day 13 - Orchha

The 13th day of the trip is dedicated to exploring Orchha's attractions. Visit Raj Mahal, a palace built during the 17th century that served as the royal residence of the former kings of Orchha, Jahangir Mahal, also known as Rani Mahal, and Phool Bagh, a garden built as a memorial for the Prince of Orchha, Dinman Hardaul. Spend the night.

Day 14 - Orchha - Khajuraho

Afterwards, start your journey to Khajuraho via car. Complete the check-in procedures at your hotel after arrival. Explore the Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba, and Laxmi and Varha Temples at the Eastern and Western Group of Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, after lunch. These temples, which exalt erotica, were built under the control of Chandela emperors. Spend the night.

Day 15 - Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh

On day 15, go to Bandhavgarh National Park via vehicle. It boasts one of the greatest densities of tiger population of any park in the nation. In addition, many different species of deer and leopards breed there. Once you get there, finish the check-in procedures at your vacation resort. A wildlife tour might be started in the late afternoon. Spend the night.

Day 16 - Bandhavgarh

The park is open for wildlife watching the entire 16th day. For an extra fee, we can schedule a Jeep Safari in advance to see the park in the morning or evening. Species like Wild Boar, Jackal, Fox, Muntjac, Black Faced Langurs, Porcupines, Vipers, Cobras, Hyenas, Red Wattled Lapwing, White Breasted Kingfisher, etc. may be seen throughout your safari. Visit the Bandhavgarh Fort as well. According to mythology, Lord Rama built this fort while he was returning from Lanka after killing Ravana. Spend the night.

Day 17 - Bandhavgarh - Kanha

start your journey to Kanha National Park. Complete the check-in procedures at your hotel once you arrive. Rudyard Kipling's well-known book "The Jungle Book" was influenced by this national park. Join a wildlife safari into the park in the evening. Spend the night in Kanha.

Day 18 - Kanha National Park

Enjoy a safari into the park to see the wildlife from daylight to dusk. The Barasingha (Swamp Deer), often known as the "Jewel of Kanha," are abundant in Kanha. You see a variety of animal species while on your safari, including the Greater False Vampire, Gaur, Indian Wolf, Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Hyena, and more. Stay over night.

Day 19 - Kanha to Jabalpur Departure
