Since ancient times, royalty and religion have been a part of Indian culture. Over the years, the country has witnessed the rise and collapse of great empires, whether as a result of internal battles or foreign invasion. India, on the other hand, is well-known for its religious tolerance, as it welcomes people of various different faiths. Beginning in Delhi, the ‘Royalty and Religion Tour’ will visit Jaipur, Agra, Gwalior, Orccha, Khajuraho, and Varanasi.

Day 1 - Delhi (Arrival)

Once in Delhi, you will be aided in getting to the hotel where you will be staying. the hotel's breakfast is appropriate. After lunch, take a tour of Delhi's landmarks, including Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, the Gandhi Memorial, Jama Masjid, Birla Temple, India Gate, and the Parliament District. Keep an extra night in Delhi.

Day 2 - Delhi to Jaipur

After breakfast, you'll drive the approximately six-hour distance from Delhi to Jaipur. You will be able to check in to the hotel with assistance when you arrive. One of the most popular tourist attractions is Jaipur, often known as the Pink City. The city is bursting with architectural wonders, and a tour offers a thorough insight into the state's rich cultural history.

You may enjoy the remainder of the day as you please. You can rest in the hotel or go for a stroll close to the resort. Spend the night in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 3 - Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, you'll continue to take in some local sightseeing.

Amber Fort: Amber Palace is a must-see attraction in Jaipur and is situated amidst the scenic and rugged Aravalli Hills. It was a fort constructed with exquisite artistic taste. For an extra fee, we can organise an elephant ride.

The Maharaja ruled from the main palace, which is called the City Palace. The Chandra Mahan and Mubarak Mahal are two of the several structures that make up the royal complex.

One of the must-see attractions in Jaipur is the Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of the Winds or the Palace of the Breeze. It was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh and is known as the emblematic structure of Jaipur.

The world's largest stone astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar, is located in Jaipur. It is situated right adjacent to Jaipur's city palace in Rajasthan.

Day 4 - Jaipur - Agra 5 hrs

Get in the car and drive to Agra after breakfast. Visit Fatehpur Sikri en route. Akbar, the Mughal emperor, erected it, but due to a lack of water, it was quickly abandoned. Arrive at Agra in the afternoon, then check into a hotel for the night.

Day 5 - Agra

After breakfast, venture outside to admire the famed Taj Mahal's splendour. Shah Jahan ordered it as a tribute to his cherished wife "Mumtaz Mahal." You will also see Itmad-Ud-Daulah's tomb and the Agra Fort. Either go back to the Taj Mahal and the nearby bazaars in the afternoon. In the motel, spend the night.

Day 6 - Agra - Gwalior

On the sixth day, set out for Gwalior by car. Check into the hotel as soon as you arrive to unwind. Take a Gwalior Fort sightseeing trip in the late afternoon. It contains a number of well-known palaces, including Teli-ka-Mandira, Raja Man Singh Palace, and an old temple. Additionally, the city is well-known for its Indian classical music. Spend the night at the Gwalior hotel.

Day 7 - Gwalior - Orchha 4 hrs

After breakfast in the morning, drive to Orchha's mediaeval landmarks. Stop in Datia along the trip to visit the Gobinda Palace perched on a hill. You will likely visit places like Raj Mahal, Jehangir Mahal, and Sheesh Mahal. Sleep there the night before.

Day 8 - Orchha - Khajuraho

Continue your trek towards Khajuraho, known for its Chandela temples, on the eighth day. Arrive in Khajuraho by afternoon, then head to your accommodation for the night.

Day 9 - Khajuraho

Explore the enticing temples of Khajuraho early in the morning before leaving your hotel. The afternoon is open for relaxation or a trip back to the temples. Khajuraho, spend the night.

Day 10 - Khajuraho - Varanasi by flight 40 min

Take off for Varanasi in the morning on the tenth day. Arrive in Varanasi and proceed to the hotel. Explore Varanasi's temples in the afternoon, including the Emperor Aurangzeb mosque and the Kashi Vishwanath, Tulsi Das, and Bharat Mata temples. Varanasi, spend the night.

Day 11 - Varanasi

Enjoy a boat ride on the Ganges early in the morning to see the sunrise and ceremonies being done on the ghats. Drive to Sarnath in the afternoon to see the Buddhist temples and Sarnath Museum. Visit Arti in the Holy River Ganges in the evening and then head back to your hotel for the night.

Day 12 - Varanasi - Delhi by flight 1 hr

Drive to the airport this morning to catch a flight to Delhi. You will be taken to the international airport in Delhi when you arrive to catch your journey home.
